Another after-work run out to my 5K sprint route, was far behind at 500m and 1K, but had a surprisingly strong pace after that, was able to catch my breath better, felt lighter, was able to push off harder, and that after running a 30K two days ago. It was my second run in a row under 27. After my run and running home, I ran an extra kilometer out to meet Gisi on her way back from gymnastics and then we walked back, so a 12K today instead of the standard 11K. And when I returned, I weight 79.7 kilos, first time under 80 since November. Need to sign up for Bilbao soon.
