How to overlay one image on top of another in code behind
The trick to easily overlaying images in code is to just put them all in a grid and adjust their margins.
XAML:
<Window x:Class="TestImageksdjf.Window1"
    xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation"
    xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml"
    Title="Window1" Height="300" Width="300">
    <StackPanel Margin="10">
        <ContentControl x:Name="TheContent"/>
    </StackPanel>
</Window>

Code Behind:
using System;
using System.Windows;
using System.Windows.Controls;
using System.Windows.Media;
using System.Windows.Media.Imaging;

namespace TestImageksdjf
{
    public partial class Window1 : Window
    {
        public Window1()
        {
            InitializeComponent();

            Grid grid = new Grid();

            Image image = new Image();
            image.Source = new BitmapImage(new Uri(@"c:testrectangle.png"));
            image.Stretch = Stretch.None;
            image.HorizontalAlignment = HorizontalAlignment.Left;
            image.Margin = new Thickness(0);

            Image imageSticker = new Image();
            imageSticker.Source = new BitmapImage(new Uri(@"c:testperson.png"));
            imageSticker.Stretch = Stretch.None;
            imageSticker.HorizontalAlignment = HorizontalAlignment.Left;
            imageSticker.VerticalAlignment = VerticalAlignment.Top;
            imageSticker.Margin = new Thickness(90,50,0,0);

            grid.Children.Add(image);
            grid.Children.Add(imageSticker);

            TheContent.Content = grid;
        }
    }
}
